We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not  compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct  commerce on our site. Unfortunately, you cannot pay by cheque on www.myhome247.co.uk. Please contact us for an order form and send  us your order with your cheque payment enclosed. Cheques and Postal Orders must be made payable to “FREENET-UK Ltd” and crossed “payee only”.

Returns Policy


We will adhere to the standard manufacturers limited warranty which is included with your products purchased (UK customers only). If an item is found to be faulty after testing by our technicians and within the warranty time period (proof of purchase required), a direct replacement will be issued if in stock. The cost of returning the items to us will be the responsibility of the customer. This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Unwanted goods


If the Customer is buying as a Consumer, unwanted Goods may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for an alternative product or full refund excluding any delivery charges incurred.

To return an order, the Customer must contact FREENET-UK LTD within 7 days of the date that the order was delivered. This can be done by email to support@myhome247.co.uk or in writing to the registered address of
FREENET-UK LTD. In all cases the invoice number relevant to the goods being returned must be quoted. The Goods must be returned to FREENET-UK LTD registered address by first class post with proof of posting. The Customer must  take reasonable care of the unwanted Goods and return them in the original packaging and suitably protected to ensure safe delivery to FREENET-UK LTD.

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Software must be sealed. Any  'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

FREENET-UK LTD will not accept the return under the 14-day return policy of any Goods that have had a manufacturers or suppliers warranty or registration invoked. FREENET-UK LTD will deem such registration by the Customer as acceptance of the Goods.

FREENET-UK LTD reserves the right to inspect any Goods returned prior to issuing credit for those Goods.

Delivery Policy


Delivery is automatically calculated upon order for UK mainland deliveries only. For customers north of Aberdeen we reserve the right to quote an additional delivery charge which the customer has the right to accept or cancel the existing order with a full refund. Please enquire for a delivery quotation for all other countries including Ireland. Where possible we aim for a standard delivery by DHL courier delivered next day before 16:00. However, customers must be aware that delivery can take up to 5 working days (U.K Mainland only - other locations are subject to an extension of up to 10 working days). We cannot be held responsible for any deviations from the above terms due to the service provided by DHL couriers, any third party delivery service used or other factors beyond our control.

DHL couriers will leave a calling card if you not available to accept your parcel, you agree to call them as soon as possible with the details on the card and/or collect your parcel within 4 days. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collection from the relevant DHL depot. You must take the card with you and some proof of identity i.e driving license, passport, otherwise your parcel will not be released to you. After 4 days have elapsed your parcel will be returned to us. The cost of redelivery will be at our standard shipping cost. Payments must be made before your parcel can be redelivered. We reserve the right to use any other courier of our choice as well as Royal Mail at any time.

Pricing Policy


Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and  prices are  inclusive of VAT.

Prices are correct at time of publication (errors and omissions are excepted). Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

 

Promotions and Offers 

 

Free Remote Access Accounts are strictly limited to two (2) connected devices only and are limited to 5Mb only.  We reserve the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time with suitable notice to existing customers.  Furthermore, this limited offer is available to PC World customers only and proof of purchase from PC World may be required in order to activate Remote Access Account.

 

Complaints


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter ,  then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
